We are looking for a Junior Financial Clerk with financial experience to handle the general admin and financial duties.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as competency in Pastel accounting and Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, SARS filling and Standard Bank business banking.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Pastel accounting duties
  • Intercompany recons (loans, debtors & creditors)
  • Filing
  • Assistance in debtors / creditors and queries related to all companies that the corporate department handles.
  • CIPC administrator
  • Handling SARS queries
  • Calculating of commission

Requirements:
  • Grade 12
  • Bi-lingual (English & Afrikaans)
  • Computer literate
  • Strong admin abilities
  • Friendly and positive
  • Previous pastel experience
  • General knowledge of corporate banking
  • Presentable & neat appearance
  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required.

2RENTAL ADMINISTRATOR
Job Description:

We are looking for a Rental Administrator to manage a property portfolio on behalf of a group of our clients / investors. The successful candidate will mostly manage the letting portfolio by attending inspections where applicable, collect outstanding rental & utilities (if & when required), perform a variety of administrative tasks, handling maintenance and any other related tasks relating to the letting of residential properties.

  • To be successful in this role, you will need excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as competency in Microsoft Office applications, such as Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Previous experience in residential property rentals and NQF4 Real Estate is a requirement for this position.
